With reference to Your Excellency's despatch
No.3345/1922 of the 24th July last, forwarding specimens of
seals to be used on cases of meat and canned food products
exported from Hong Kong, I have the honour to request, for
the use of the Department of Agriculture, a copy of the meat
inspection law of Hong Kong together with some description
of its organization and the methods of control employed in
the Colony.
